Professor Kim's research ignored...

I had occasion to go to the website of a major book retailer this morning. I got lost just looking at it. Apparently they aren't attuned to or concerned with the web navigation issues like those examined in Professor Kim's presentation. Please don't emulate this approach when you're in charge.
